We retain your records for the time required by our regulatory bodies (GNC, ANP, CNHC).

We may also receive information from testing companies or other healthcare professionals, but only with your explicit consent.

  • Review test results

  • Communicate with you about appointments and recommendations

  • Process payments

We handle all personal data under the UK GDPR and our professional duty of confidentiality. Your information is never sold or used for automated decision-making.

  • Our regulatory or professional bodies (ANP, CNHC) if you make a complaint

  • Testing laboratories and supplement companies involved in your care

  • Contractors who support our business operations (under confidentiality agreements)

We will only share information with your GP or other practitioners with your consent, unless we believe there is a risk of serious harm, in which case we may share information under the legal basis of vital interests.

Any case studies used for professional development are anonymised and only shared with your explicit consent.
