MEET HANNAH.
Your Nutritionist and Fertility Support
I believe in a food-first philosophy, where a body out of balance can be restored through a tailored, personalised approach. I work closely with each individual and use functional testing in my practice to take out the guesswork.
My goal is to empower, support, and be your biggest cheerleader on the journey to parenthood. I am science-based and evidence-led and keep up to date with the latest research and developments in the industry.
‘Bringing together science, compassion and holistic care to support fertility, pregnancy and beyond’.
My Approach
I’m Hannah, a registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist (DipCNM, CNHC, mNNA, mGNC), specialising in fertility and women’s health.
My work is highly individual and I thrive on finding answers. After years of exploring nutrition, wellbeing and holistic health to support my own journey, I developed a deep understanding of how interconnected the body’s systems are - and how often key pieces can be overlooked when it comes to fertility.
My work is rooted in both clinical training and personal experience, having navigated my own fertility journey I can fully understand and empathise with the myriad of emotions and toll fertility issues can take on an individual and couple.
I’m passionate about helping women and couples feel more informed and supported, and about bridging the gap before - or alongside - assisted fertility treatment such as IVF/ICSI.
‘1 in 4 couples receive an ‘unexplained infertility’ diagnosis in the UK, my goal is to help you uncover answers and move forward with clarity and confidence’
How We Work Together
I take a structured yet personalised approach to supporting your fertility and hormonal health - focusing on understanding your body, building a clear plan, and supporting you throughout the journey.
1. Understand
We begin with a thorough exploration of your health, symptoms and history and any previous investigations to identify potential gaps and underlying factors that may be influencing your fertility.
Where appropriate, this may include functional testing to gain deeper insight into areas such as hormones, gut health, nutrient status and the reproductive microbiome - considering both male and female partners.
2. Personalise
From here, we create a tailored plan based on your individual needs, using nutrition, lifestyle and targeted support to help nourish the body and restore balance.
The focus is on simple, realistic changes that can be integrated into your day-to-day life.
3. Support & Refine
Fertility is a journey, and ongoing support is key. We continue to adapt and refine your plan as your body responds, helping you feel supported, informed and confident at each stage.
Along the way, I aim to help you understand the “why” behind what we’re doing — so you feel empowered in your health and can make sustainable changes.
The Work I Do Today
I am based in Bristol, running my practice online through a series of one-to-one consultations.
I support individuals and couples looking to optimise their fertility, support hormone balance and create strong foundations for a healthy pregnancy and future family.
Alongside my nutrition work, my background in guiding pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes in my local area informs a gentle focus on nervous system support and somatic movement, recognising its important role in hormonal health, healthy pregnancy and postnatal recovery.
I am fully insured and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and a member of the Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA) and General Naturopathic Council (GNC).
I undertake regular professional development to ensure my work remains ethical, evidence-informed and aligned with best practice, including advanced training in fertility nutrition to further support those navigating preconception, IVF, pregnancy and postnatal recovery.
