MEET HANNAH.
Your Nutritionist and Wellbeing Support
I believe in a food-first, whole-body approach to health — one that recognises that when the body feels out of balance, it’s often asking for nourishment, support and space to recover.
My work centres on understanding you as an individual and identifying simple, sustainable steps that support your health in everyday life. I’m evidence-led and science-based, and I’m committed to staying informed with current research in nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
‘Bringing together science, compassion and holistic care to support you - exactly where you are today’.
From Burnout to Balance.
My journey into naturopathic nutritional therapy has been an organic one. In my late twenties, I found myself increasingly stressed, overwhelmed and out of sync after years of burning the candle at both ends — juggling a start-up business alongside a demanding career in London’s creative industry.
Over time, my body began to show signs of strain. I experienced ongoing digestive discomfort, painful and irregular cycles, mood changes, skin concerns, recurrent infections and a persistent sense that something wasn’t quite right. I felt uncomfortable in my body and knew I needed to make a change.
Over the past decade, I began to explore nutrition and naturopathic approaches in an immersive, hands-on way — initially with the intention of better understanding and supporting my own health. During this time, I completed the Comprehensive Naturopathic Nutrition Advanced Diploma (formerly Healing Diets) with the School of Natural Medicine. This programme explored the therapeutic use of whole foods, conscious eating and traditional naturopathic principles.
As I began to nourish my body more intentionally, many of my long-standing symptoms gradually improved. This experience shaped not only my interest in naturopathic nutrition, but my deep respect for how interconnected our bodies truly are.
A Journey into Nutrition.
Wanting to deepen my knowledge and gain clinical training, I went on to complete a rigorous three-year diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), graduating with distinction.
It was during this period of training that I also navigated my own fertility journey. Experiencing first-hand the emotional and physical complexities of fertility challenges and ultimately becoming a mother through IVF/ICSI. This lived experience continues to inform how I support clients who are navigating fertility, pregnancy and the postnatal period, alongside more general health concerns.
Following this experience, I developed a particular interest in women’s health and fertility as well as digestive health, and the influence of lifestyle and environmental factors on overall wellbeing. I also came to appreciate the value of functional testing, where clinically appropriate, as a way of gaining further insight into nutritional status and body systems under stress.
Used alongside a detailed case history, tools such as stool and microbiome testing, hormone panels or nutrient assessments can help inform a more personalised nutrition and lifestyle approach.
The Work I Do Today.
Today, I live in Bristol with my husband, our little boy, and our dog and cat. My practice supports individuals who want to improve their energy, digestion, hormone balance, stress resilience and overall wellbeing — whether you’re managing ongoing symptoms, adapting to a diagnosis, or simply wanting to feel more at ease in your body.
Alongside my nutrition work, I am also a qualified yoga teacher with specialist training in pregnancy and postnatal yoga. While my nutrition services stand alone, my background in movement and nervous system regulation naturally informs my approach, particularly when supporting sustainable lifestyle changes.
I am fully insured and a full member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP), the Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA) and the General Naturopathic Council (GNC), and I am regulated by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I undertake regular professional development to ensure my work remains ethical, evidence-informed and aligned with best practice.
